In compliance with the provisions of art. 10 of Law 34\/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services (L.S.S.I.), the following General Information is disclosed:<\/p>\n

The domain www.biodatadevices.com and www.biodatadevices.es, hereinafter the Website, is registered in the name of BIODATA DEVICES, S.L. with registered address at Calle P\u00e1ramo leon\u00e9s, 56, 47008 – Valladolid (Valladolid); company registered in the Mercantile Registry of Volume, of section, Folio, Sheet, first registration, provided with CIF B47728456, hereinafter THE OWNER<\/p>\n

2 CONDITIONS OF USE<\/h3>\n

I.- USERS<\/h3>\n

The access and\/or use of the Website www.biodatadevices.com and www.biodatadevices.es, attributes the condition of user to whoever performs it, accepting, from that same moment, fully and without any reservation, these general conditions, as well as the particular conditions that, where appropriate, complement, modify or replace the general conditions in relation to certain services and contents of the Website.<\/p>\n

        In the event that the User has his domicile outside of Spain, biodata devices, S.L. and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the Jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Valladolid<\/p>\n

        3 CANCELLATION OF COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS<\/h3>\n
