In compliance with the provisions of art. 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services (L.S.S.I.), the following General Information is disclosed:
The domain www.biodatadevices.com and www.biodatadevices.es, hereinafter the Website, is registered in the name of BIODATA DEVICES, S.L. with registered address at Calle Páramo leonés, 56, 47008 – Valladolid (Valladolid); company registered in the Mercantile Registry of Volume, of section, Folio, Sheet, first registration, provided with CIF B47728456, hereinafter THE OWNER
2 CONDITIONS OF USE

The access and/or use of the Website www.biodatadevices.com and www.biodatadevices.es, attributes the condition of user to whoever performs it, accepting, from that same moment, fully and without any reservation, these general conditions, as well as the particular conditions that, where appropriate, complement, modify or replace the general conditions in relation to certain services and contents of the Website.
II.- USE OF THE WEBSITE, ITS SERVICES AND CONTENTS
The user agrees to use the Website and its services and contents without contravening current legislation, good faith, generally accepted uses and public order.

VI. DURATION
The duration of the provision of the service of the Website and the services is indefinite.

VII. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
These General Conditions will be governed by Spanish legislation.

In the event that the User has his domicile outside of Spain, biodata devices, S.L. and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the Jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Valladolid
3 CANCELLATION OF COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS
In accordance with the law on information society services 34/2002, the user is guaranteed the possibility of stopping receiving commercial information within a maximum period of one month from when they communicate their will by email addressed to info@biodatadevices.com;
